WinDC, a builder of small data centres that run on renewable energy, has launched an audacious capital raising, seeking to raise $176 million to fund its first deployment.
Street Talk can reveal the infrastructure company, established by ASE Tech founder Andrew Sjoquist, is currently in the market to raise a mixture of debt and equity from investors. Trident Debt Capital Advisorsand Utiliti Group have beenappointed as corporate advisers.
