Two film industry heavyweights, Australian David Elfick, who produced Rabbit-Proof Fence, and his close friend, acclaimed British producer Jeremy Thomas, have listed one of Palm Beach’s most recognised buildings, The Palladium, with a price guide of $13.5 million.
Elfick told The Australian Financial Review he is selling the 1115-square-metre block after more than 50 years because he’s in his 80s with “all the problems that brings”.
