Firmus lands $600m-plus annual tech giant deal as it eyes ASX float

Firmus Technologies has signed a deal valued at $660 million annually with one of the world’s biggest technology companies to build artificial intelligence infrastructure in Australia as it eyes a public listing this year.

Firmus partnered with Nvidia and local data centre player CDC Data Centres last year to build so-called AI factories across Australia in a multi-year plan known as Project Southgate expected to cost more than $70 billion by 2028.
