Former Westpac Bank chief executive and Singtel board director Gail Kelly is expected to appear before senators next week to answer questions at a parliamentary inquiry into Optus’ catastrophic Triple Zero outage.
Kelly, an independent non-executive director of Optus’ parent company Singtel, was previously asked to appear at last week’s hearing in Canberra along with Singtel CEO Yuen Kuan Moon. Both Kelly and Yuen declined to attend.
