Comfresh Group, a hydroponic grower and supplier of fresh produce to major supermarkets, is hunting for a strategic partner with a green thumb to help grow its operations.
Shareholders of the South Australian company, which supplies around 24,000 tonnes of fruit, vegetables and herbs annually to blue-chip customers such as Coles, Woolworths and Aldi, have brought in PwC as exclusive financial adviser, according to a sale flyer obtained by Street Talk.
