Bankrolled by industry super funds, its directors include Cbus chair and Labor’s national president Wayne Swan, and former Labor frontbenchers-turned-super bigwigs Nicola Roxon, Nick Sherry and James Merlino.
Hostplus CEO David Elia, Aware Super CEO DeanneStewart, AustralianSuper chair DonRussell (Paul Keating’s former right-hand man) and ACTU secretary Sally McManus are also all on the Council.
