There was always an irony about the way the late Leonid Radvinsky lived his life compared with the way he earned his money. One of the most publicity-shy men in the technology industry, Radvinsky, who died last week from cancer at the age of 43, was so seldom seen that his peers joked about his very existence.
His personal website was rudimentary and vague; his public comments were practically non-existent. Beyond a few key bullet points, scant little was known about his professional life. Needless to say, only a handful of people knew he was ill.
