James Packer’s family office and its chief executive are being sued over the departure of the firm’s long-time general counsel late last year.
Catherine Davies, who worked at Consolidated Press Holdings for more than a decade, launched legal action in the Federal Court against the billionaire businessman’s investment vehicle and his long-time lieutenant, Lawrence Myers, last week.
