Kate Morris, the trailblazing co-founder of Adore Beauty, has exited Glow Capital Partners, the consumer-focused private equity firm she launched with Justin Ryan, to focus on her health.
The pair met in 2019, when Quadrant Private Equity purchased a 60 per cent stake in Adore Beauty, where Ryan spent about a decade as a managing partner.
