Former Kiis FM breakfast star Kyle Sandilands has alleged that ARN Media encouraged and promoted the aggressive tone, style and character that led to an on-air blow-up with his co-host Jackie Henderson and triggered the company to terminate his $100 million contract.
In documents filed with the Federal Court and obtained by The Australian Financial Review, Sandilands argues ARN expressly “desired” the character he played for more than two decades, and enshrined it in his contract.
