King’s School settles with departing headmaster who sued

Australia’s oldest private boys school has settled a legal action brought by its headmaster, who was sacked following allegations he clipped a student on the head. The terms were not disclosed.

Tony George launched a legal action against the council of The King’s School, which charges fees of about $50,000 a year for tuition, in late December.
