Koala co-founders set for $117m stake as mattress maker hits the ASX

The co-founders of Koala are in line for a $117 million windfall after their online mattress and furniture retailer debuts on the ASX in one of the few significant initial public offerings so far this year.

Friends Dany Milham and Mitch Taylor co-founded the company with less than $2000 in 2015, and will have a combined stake of $117 million, according to prospectus documents circulated before a listing this month.
