Venture capitalist Clayton Larcombe of PAC Capital and his wife, interior designer Kyara, have been offering not one but two trophy estates – a Bellevue Hill mansion in Sydney’s east and a Southern Highlands chateau – asking a combined $70 million.
But at least one half of the glamorous portfolio of trophy listings has morphed into a decidedly less-glamorous mortgagee-in-possession campaign, while the other has been withdrawn from market.
