Luke Sayers’ estranged wife claims the AFL colluded with the businessman and the Carlton Football Club where he was president to exonerate him from allegations he posted a lewd photograph on social media.
Cate Sayers also argues in documents newly filed in the Supreme Court of Victoria that the AFL did not bother to check any of the allegations her husband made in a statutory declaration provided to the investigation of the scandal, including his claim the photo was taken for medical reasons.
