A New Zealand advanced manufacturer’s plans to put down roots in Australia will be expedited after it secured five years of free rent at a Queensland university campus at Moreton Bay, as part of a growing city council’s creative efforts to lure companies to the region.
Pultron Composites beat more than 40 other companies to win the $1 million prize, which was on offer to local and international firms looking to scale up operations in Australia.
