Private credit boss takes Woollahra prestige property spend to $67m

Private credit boss Andrew Griffin and his wife Yelena Alpatova have paid $14.7 million for a rundown 1920s mansion in Woollahra, further expanding their footprint in the blue-chip suburb in Sydney’s east.

The Trelawney Street home, which was previously owned by long-time local Helen Furber, sold at a crowded auction in September and settled this month.
