Rising pub baron Glenn Piper has bought a marina in Queensland’s Whitsunday region for $20.75 million, expanding a portfolio of entertainment and tourism venues focused on popular beachside destinations along the east coast.
The latest addition brings Piper’s Epochal Hotels portfolio to $300 million and consolidates his growing investment around Airlie Beach in the Whitsundays.
