Qantas is making it easier for frequent flyers to find reward seats

Qantas frequent flyers will be able to see how many rewards seats are available over the next 12 months for the first time, with the airline overhauling its booking platform to resolve long-standing gripes from customers who complained it was difficult to find special fares.

The new platform allows Qantas Frequent Flyer members to see when rewards seats are available – including on international partners like those that are part of the Oneworld alliance – and to search for flights in a specific region such as Europe or an individual country such as the United States.
