Racing NSW takes Australian Turf Club fight to next level

Racing NSW will appeal a court judgment that stopped it from putting a major race club into administration, claiming it is necessary for the long-term stability of the thoroughbred industry.

The Australian Turf Club fought off an attempt by Racing NSW, led by chief executive Peter V’landys, to force it into administration when the NSW Supreme Court ruled the attempt invalid.
