Vik Bansal, departing chief executive of Boral, says he leaves the building products group in good shape after leading an overhaul of the SGH-owned company during his 3½ years in the top job.
SGH, controlled by the Stokes family, on Monday announced that Boral chief operating officer Matt McKenzie would take over as chief executive on April 1, after Bansal’s departure was flagged by the company last year.
