Singaporean investment giant GIC is throwing its weight around Australia’s real estate sector again with a hat trick of deals in the works.
Last year, the $US900 billion ($1.28 trillion) sovereign wealth fund pinned down 2025’s third-largest M&A deal, taking National Storage REIT private alongside Brookfield in a $4 billion acquisition.
