For as long as the staff here at the Digital Life Labs can remember*, this has been the way of the world: Apple MacBooks have ruled the roost.
* I’m talking here about any MacBooks released after the Apple Silicon M1 chip first came out in November 2020. This date, you may notice, was right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, which is officially as far back as anyone here can remember. There may have been MacBooks before COVID-19, but if so, they have been erased from our memory.
