Sydney Swans Hall of Famer Lewis Roberts-Thomson and his wife, talent manager Zoe Stenmark, have sold their designer terrace in Sydney’s Paddington for $8.35 million ahead of its scheduled auction.
It’s a bullish result for the dual premiership winner, given the three-bedroom Victorian terrace hit the market with a price of $6.5 million through Sotheby’s Maclay Longhurst and Emily Davidson.
