The amazing luck of Swoop broadband’s positive reviews

With an irate shareholder forcing an AGM on Thursday, it’s ideal timing for some positive feedback for the telco.

The adage that you can’t trust anything online extends beyond social media and conspiracy forums to internet providers themselves, it seems. At least where telco Swoop is concerned.

That’s the broadband and NBN outfit backed by Andrew Forrest, whose family office Tattarang is its biggest shareholder with a 17-plus per cent stake, while Vocus founder (and Swoop chair) James Spenceley has 5.2 per cent.
