“Katy Perry released a single Ur So Gay and an associated music video on social media in November 2007 which ‘went viral’,” High Court Justice Jayne Jagot found in a judgment released this week, before rattling off a list of the singer’s greatest hits, from Hot n Cold to I Kissed a Girl.
