We must avoid future fuel supply disruptions by planning now

The continuing economic impact of the energy crisis is unclear, but we should develop and implement a strategy to deal with the world as it is likely to be.

The best time to plan for what comes after the fuel crisis is now.

The crisis has exposed several weaknesses. Australians are at the end of long global and domestic supply chains. We hold “modest” fuel stock and manage disruption risks via a diversity of supply sources.
