Will the Hanson juggernaut come for Labor?

Given the high level of disillusionment among One Nation voters, it is of little surprise that the firewall protecting the progressive vote might be breached.

One poll does not a summer make, but two weeks after the Liberal Party rolled its leader, it would have been hoping for some sign of life. Previous leadership spills have provided a meaningful bump in the polls, even if some, as in the case of Julia Gillard rolling Kevin Rudd, proved short-lived.

Not this time.
